Bluebird Whipped Cream Powder Review. Blue bird whipped topping is a smooth flowing cream that can be prepared in 3 minutes flat, by just adding chilled water. Milk fat, water, milk solids and permitted emulsifiers (e460, e464, e466, e471, e472b e472e).
After cooling, for a pretty presentation, you can top the pie with fresh whipped cream, leaving about 1/2 inch bare at the edge of the pie so it looks like a crust (store in fridge). I use bluebird whipped cream; I also use the same brand for frosting my cakes.
