Pack (8g) korean soup stock “ dashida ” (or chicken soup stock if you don’t have it) • as much as you want old sour kimchi • any vegetable (this time, i added a half bunch of japanese mustard spinach and 10cm of leek) • water • sesame oil • boiled egg (optional) 20 mins. Add 1 tsp (5g) of dasida to each serving or according to taste. It is made using japanese bonito and tuna and a myriad of other ingredients which give it its unique flavour.
