Lobster Mushroom White Powder. I'm suspicious of this, as it looks like it could be mold. Dried lobster mushrooms have a more intense seafood aroma than fresh lobster mushrooms.

A dusting of white is commonly seen on lobsters. In a large soup pot, slowly boil soup stock. What is not acceptable is the beet purple red color in patches.
