Use a relatively high dose for the first 48 hours, then reduce gradually to a maintenance dose. One level scoop delivers 10 grams of powder containing 1 gram of phenylbutazone. It relieves inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions, treating muscle strains and sprains, arthritis, acute joint sprains, acute joint strains, acute joint injuries, tendonitis, overuse of the muscles (including tendon damage and strain and muscle damage), muscle strains, and muscle sprains.
