After cool the ingredients and roll it into round balls called laddus by turning it between your hands. Like other types of flours, chickpea flour and besan should be stored in a sealed container to keep out moisture in a cool place. These besan ke laddu are made by slow roasting gram flour in ghee until it turns aromatic and golden in color.
