2 cups powdered milk (enough powder for 2 quarts of milk) mix very thoroughly over low heat for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat. Once the mixtures comes up to temperature (soft ball or 235 f) add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. It’s best to add just a tiny bit of water, stir the water and powder together into a paste, and then add the rest of the water, stirring continuously.

Allow The Fudge To Simmer For About 10 Minutes While Stirring Constantly.


However, fudge is made using milk, sugar, and butter which is heated and mixed until a creamy consistency is obtained. Stir until butter is melted and then remove from heat. Depending on the specifics of the recipe, you may also find that it contains green seasoning, garlic, pepper, turmeric, onions, and even cumin.

This Yummy Guyanese Dish Is Made From Flour, Ground Split Peas, Water, And An Array Of Spices.


In a bowl, mix 5 heaping tbsp seasoning, masala, curry powder, geera, and 1/3 cup water into a paste. Pour the syrup over the powdered milk mixture and mix until well blended.

Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, brown sugar and water in a large saucepan and mix together until all the sugar has melted. 1 cup unsalted butter 2 cups packed brown sugar 1/2 cup whole milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 1/2 to 4 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans plus additional for topping if desired spray an 8″x8″ pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then beat fudge until thick.
