Brinjal Fry With Peanut Powder. Add 2 tbsp of water for it to get cooked. Ingredients 5 brinjal, baby variety is preferred ¼ cup peanuts 7 dry red chili 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp white sesame seeds 1 +1 tsp cumin seeds 3 cinnamon stick, small 3 cardamom 4 cloves ¼ cup desiccated coconut 1 cup hot water ½ cup oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 3 green chili, chopped 1 sprig curry.
Add little water and cook for 10 minutes until the brinjal becomes soft. Once they crackle, add curry leaves, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder. Use purple or green ones.
Add The Chopped Onion, Few Curry Leaves And Saute Till Onions Turns Soft And Pink In Color.
Heat 1tsp of oil in another pan fry peanuts and sesame seeds. Ground them to a powder then add garlic, ginger and pulse. Grind this as a powder in blender.
Sprinkle Peanut Powder And Sesame Seeds Powder, Mix Well And Cook For Few Minutes Until The Curry Is Done.
Fry the mustard seeds, add turmeric powder, add the soaked eggplants pieces. Add 1 tbsp of coriander powder and 1 tsp of red chilly powder. Then sprinkle the peanut and sesame powder over the eggplant mixture and saute it for 1 min and remove form fire.
Once Done, Remove From Flame And Serve Kathirikai Poriyal With Rice.
Wash and chop the eggplants to. ▢ add the chopped brinjals to the pan and mix well. Now place sauteed brinjals in the pan.
Add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Leaves.
Add a teaspoon of oil and when the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, allow it to sputter. Slice the eggplants and put them in water so as to avoid them from turning brown. Then add onions , fry until slightly browned.
Cut Brinjal In Small Pieces, Fry In Oil.
Dry roast the peanuts till they are crispy and take it out. Dry roast the sesame seeds till they sputter and take it. Cover the pan and cook for 10 mins.
