Aa No 9 Powder. I have had real good luck with #9 powder in the 41,44,45 colt and 475l. Aa #9 is a great magnum powder.
For the speer the starting load is 13.1 for 1180 fps, the max load is 14.5 for 1290 fps. On all three loads i would have a hangfire where just the primer would go off. Win296/h110 is known as the king for 357, 44, and other magnums.

So Far I Like It , Accuracy Was Real Good And I Can Tell It Has A Lot More Power Over My Blue Dot Loads.
I use aa#9 at between 24,000 and 29,000 (ql estimates) in my 33 elco max and it gives very low es, like 10 fps in that range. 9, #5744, #2230, and #2460 are products of accurate arms company references: It is also very clean burning.

You have to decide whether you need those few extra feet per second. It's the one with manufacturer's warnings about undercharge. Unnecessary pounding and black waste belched all over.
